Through Fitvara, my mission is to help those who feel stuck in their body and burned out by “doing everything” they can to feel better. I strive to help you to live a longer, healthier life with more energy and confidence.
I am excited to start a program to focus on what actually works — without guilt, extremes, or burnout. The first step is providing proven exercise, nutrition and mindset apps by Dr. Ali Novitsky.
I hope to help you find a program that is effective for you in gaining strength, emotional and stress resilience, as well as metabolic wellness.

As a physician, I encouraged my patients to improve their health through nutrition changes and exercise without having the time or the depth of knowledge to support the the patient’s needs. Now, I am board certified in obesity medicine and have spent hours beyond this certification to gain knowledge in nutrition, exercise, as well as the mental health and behavioral aspects to support one on a wellness journey.

Now, I am more educated and am constantly learning and seeking out new information to help myself and you, to feel well, have energy, and love your life.
I wasn’t aware that just 10 minutes of strength training, three days per week, could truly make a difference. This is a great place to start and if or when you are ready this can be expanded.

I have been using this program myself and have seen the results. I have also been working in weight management utilizing nutrition and exercise to see body composition changes and I know this program will as well
